Sometimes it’s hard to explain what’s wrong. Maybe it looks like anxiety. Or feeling disconnected, numb, restless, exhausted. Maybe everything feels like too much, or nothing at all.
You might be overthinking everything and still feel like you're missing something. You might be holding it together on the outside while falling apart inside.
This space is for that. For the pain that’s hard to name, the weight that doesn’t show, the emotions you’ve had to hide just to get through the day.
You don’t have to do it alone.
As a psychotherapist in Ramat Gan, I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges and emotional overwhelm through in-person and online therapy.

Let's start here...

Hi.
I'm Hany Nagar, I am a psychotherapist integrating somatic approaches, mindfulness, breathwork and transpersonal psychotherapy, with roots in both Mexico and Israel.
Therapy with me creates space to face what’s hard to name—grief, fear, disconnection—whether it shows up as anxiety, depression, chronic tension, or a quiet sense that something isn’t right.
I work with people who think a lot, feel deeply (or sometimes not at all), and want a clearer connection to themselves and their lives—while letting go of the weight that no longer needs to be carried.In-person therapy sessions are available in Ramat Gan, with online therapy available throughout Israel and internationally.

Body-Based Psychotherapy
An approach that connects mind, body, and experience
Body–Mind–Soul Therapy invites you to explore your inner world through more than just words. It’s a therapeutic approach that brings together talk, breath, sensation, memory, and emotion—because healing lives in all of it.
This work looks at how your experiences are carried in your thoughts, in your nervous system, and in the deeper layers of who you are. It offers space to listen to what your body is holding, what your emotions are trying to tell you, and what your inner life needs in order to shift.
Transpersonal therapy acknowledges the full range of your experience—mental, physical, emotional, and beyond—and helps you access the inner resources that are already within you.
Mind
Through talk therapy, we give space to the overactive mind—making room to explore thoughts, name feelings, and untangle mental patterns with clarity and care.
Body
The body holds a lifetime of experience. As we begin to listen to its signals—tension, breath, posture, sensation—we access a deeper understanding of what words alone can’t reach.
Soul
The soul carries our most intimate emotions, memories, and fears. In therapy, we approach these tender places with respect and timing, allowing space for integration, compassion, and healing.
